Today I'm sharing our June real estate market update. We're still in a seller's market with very little inventory and a lot of demand. Buyers from other parts of the country are moving here because of our great home prices, low cost of living, low interest rates, and more. Sales are down about 30%, but that's due to the extremely low inventory. To learn more about our current market, watch this short video.
