Phoenix Metro Area Monthly Newsletter

February Newsletter I hope you enjoy our new Newsletter Format which has detailed sales data to help you keep track of the Phoenix Metro Real Estate Market.  The data clearly shows a healthy real estate market as Prices went up 5.62% year-over-year.  There was also a decrease in Inventory of homes of 5.78% year-over-year.  We are currently at a 4.67 Month Supply of homes which translates to a Seller/Balanced market.  There are no indicators that the market conditions will be much different in 2016.  We are off to a fast start in 2016.   Call me with any real estate questions or needs.
