Here's your Fall 2019 real estate market update.

What's Going on in Our Market? Folks, our market is on fire. We are in such a strong seller's market, and we've already had a phenomenal month. I'll share the details in today's market report. Though our level of inventory is low, demand for homes is very high. We have 1.75 months' worth of available inventory. This same time last year, we had 2.15 months of supply, so we're slightly stronger this year. To see some examples of how this has impacted the market, watch this short video. Battle of the Sexes 2019 is around the corner
