August Newsletter

I hope you enjoy our new Newsletter Format which has detailed sales data to help you keep track of the Phoenix Metro Real Estate Market.  The data clearly shows a healthy real estate market as Prices went up 3.55% year-over-year.  There was also an increase in Inventory of homes of 4.87% year-over-year.  We are currently at a 2.95% Month Supply of homes which translates to a Seller market.  As we get closer to the Presidential Elections; the market may slow down.

There are indicators that the market conditions will be more normal in 2017 - Call me to learn why!

One thing I’ve been getting asked about a lot is how the election is going to affect the real estate market. I see similar patterns each cycle, so I wanted to clue you in on what they are. For one, I see a lot of people take on the “wait and see” mentality when it comes to buying and selling. However, we also typically see a softening in the market after an election happens. To see how you can take advantage of conditions now in order to avoid that softening, watch this short video.
